    1. Eat more banana and plantain
    2. Drink cold milk
    3. Drink more water
    4. Drink juices of raw vegetables like cabbage
    5. Take small meals frequently (do not overeat)
    6. Take barley, papal, paraval prepared with honey
  2. Ayurvedic Remedies
    1. Sukhumara Ghrita is widely prescribed for peptic ulcer
